By Maryann Alexander We are in to a belief that the money that we earn should go in to the way of hardship, suffering and hard work. That would mean tons of sweat and blood before getting an ample amount of money. And the rest as they say is money well earned is money well spent.
Though it is true because generally, thats what we feel about it, there is a little loophole about such belief, we work so hard and expose ourselves to lots of dangers then we receive the price that is not even enough to pay our bills and other things. then we make plans for our finances in which if we could not solve or allocate it, we feel sick.. Whats worse is that when we receive more than we usually have we spend faster than a speeding bullet. Then we call ourselves millionaires overnight.
Thats how hard life is, we are stuck into false beliefs and we are stagnant and contented with what we already have thinking that its the best thing that we can do and there is nothing more. So when we receive more, we tend to be afraid which leads us to spending it faster losing our wealth faster too. The result is financial failure.
How about if we break that belief? What if there is a way of making money with fewer efforts, with less sweat but more income? What if all the things that we believe in is not always true?
Is there such a way in solving the financial dilemma that we face? The answer is yes! There is a solution and the solution is not so hard.
It is called the internet marketing. Why easy so say? Because you dont have to leave your place in order to be a successful businessman. Wait, business? ugh, Im not even a commerce graduate. I dont know everything about business. Well that would be the common reaction that many people will say about the word mentioned above. What is the rehearsal dinner?

When is the rehearsal dinner?
This dinner is held the night of the wedding rehearsal, right after the rehearsal is over. Usually you have a planned end time of the actual rehearsal and the dinner is within the next hour. This way your guests will not have any lag time in-between and you can start the dinner early enough so everyone can get the right amount of sleep for the big day!
How Long Will It Last?
The length of the dinner depends from wedding to wedding, but it will be at least an hour, usually it is closer to three hours when you factor in the time it takes to get dinner served, do toasts, presents and have conversation and games.

Rehearsal Dinner Invitations
Many events you will have leading up to the wedding require stationery. The rehearsal dinner is no exception. The invitation should be sent to all involved and include who is inviting you, to what they are inviting you to, when and where and a map.
These invitations are usually sent out to the guests a couple days after the wedding invitations are mailed out. These dinners could be small or large, but the list of guests should include the wedding parties and the parents. Other immediate family members may also be invited. Keep your use of language and specialized terms within the vocabulary of those people who will use the information. (Now there's an example thrown in without stating that it is an example.)
Keep your sentences and paragraphs to a reasonable length. It is just easier to read shorter, rather than longer, sentences and paragraphs. After all, you want your articles to be read and most readers will chose the shorter sentence, paragraph, article, especially if they are in a hurry at the time they find your article.

By Sam Nielson A question that I'm asked over and over again by new traders is what will happen to their OTCBB stock should it move from the OTCBB to a major exchange like the NASDAQ.
Unless some special arrangement has been made, and you will know this from your brokerage firm, your stock will automatically transition to the Nasdaq.
This scenario is called a jumper. There is a good chance that your stock shares will gain in value because it opens your stock up to a whole new set of investors who only trade on major exchanges.
If a change occurs in the ticker symbol, your brokerage house (Scottrade, Ameritrade, and so on) will contact you by your trading account and by regular snail mail.
But let me be clear about something. You are stupid if you think you can pick jumpers and make money at doing this.
Slick con artists and their publishing companies will try and sell you on some alert service that supposedly has a guaranteed track record at picking jumpers but they are lying. Every last one of them.
In the hundreds of traders I've spoke with over the years, not one of them has told me that he made money from picking jumper stocks more than he lost.
Reality check. If the company was such a good company selling such a hot product, they never would have been listed on the OTCBB in the first place. They would have opted for an original listing on the Nasdaq in the first place. The cost for a listing on a major exchange is hardly more than a listing on the OTCBB. The only difference is the reporting requirements. The disclosure that the company must provide investors on a timely and regular basis.
There's the dark truth. The only reason a company lists on the OTCBB is precisely because they do not want to meet the stricter reporting requirements of a major exchange. They do not want to disclose to investors the truth about what's really going on.
The only exchange fraught with more danger than the OTCBB is the pink sheets. But still, the OTCBB has thousands of fraudulent companies listed on it that will be delisted within a year and the CEO brought up on fraud charges by the SEC. Over many years, investing in the OTCBB because you want to bag a jumper stock will make you go broke. I should know, it happened to me. Yes, I'm a former jumper stock investor. As the saying goes, he who has grabbed a bull by the tail knows twice as much as he who never has. Don't go grab the bull by the tail. Learn from my painful experience.
Plus, think about this. The primary reason for investing in OTCBB was to get stocks cheap. Now that we are at a market bottom, many good companies listed on the major exchanges are at crazy OTCBB prices! Plus there's a lot less risk because stocks on the major exchanges have stricter disclosure and reporting laws they must follow than stocks listed on the OTCBB. So what is the advantage to the OTCBB at this present time? None.

Had there been no shipwrecks, it would still attract visitors - just as the Great Barrier Reef does in Australia or the Belize Barrier Reef does in the Caribbean, though, it must be said that today's Diver is far too demanding to settle for Corals and Fishes and as soon as he (or she!) had earned that T shirt which proclaims "Red Sea - Been there - Dived that" it would be time for something different the following year.
It is an undeniable fact, therefore, that it is the incredible ship's graveyard which attracts Scuba Diving Tourists back to the Red Sea, especially the Egyptian Red Sea, year after year - as though the Divers were made of metal and the ships a veritable magnetic force.
The Gulf of Suez is that narrow strip of water to the north-west of the Red Sea which leads to the Suez Canal and was already a major seaway long before that famous man-made connection with the Mediterranean was ever opened. Time was, when passengers and freight were unloaded at Alexandria and moved overland to Suez before joining a new ship and resuming the journey. Today, of course, they sail right through but, whichever direction they take, it has always been the Gulf of Suez which remains the most treacherous stretch of water of the entire journey.
Today the Red Sea is a highway for many thousands of Freighters, Tankers and even Liners - all using the Suez Canal as they make their way between the Indian Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. Although this route is much shorter and safer than the 1200 mile alternative round the Cape of Good Hope, they still have to successfully navigate unpredictable currents and shallow Coral Reefs - all of which combine to make the Red Sea one of the most testing stretches of water in the world.
Many have come to grief and today there are ancient shipwrecks and modern - with some that are neither, such as the Carnatic lost in 1869 with the loss of 26 lives, the Dunraven in 1876 and the Ulysses in 1887 - each representing a fascinating insight into tragic and incredible stories from another age of transport and, in the case of the Carnatic, another age of Diving. Then there are the WW2 casualties such as the Thistlegorm and the newly re-discovered Rosalie Moller - to name but two and both lost within 48 hours of each other in 1941. Finally, there is that new breed of "modern" shipwreck such as the Kimon M (1978), the Chrisoula K (1981) and the Giannis D (1983).
With so much to offer - in addition to a welcoming climate, it is easy to understand why this relatively small section of the Red Sea has become so popular with Divers to the extent that the Egyptian north Red Sea is probably the most outstanding centre for Scuba Diving in the world.
Of all the shipwrecks in the entire Red Sea, one vessel sits mast and funnel above all others and that ship is, of course, the SS Thistlegorm. Such is the pulling power of this single shipwreck that she attracts more Divers than any other underwater site - anywhere in the entire world. In fact, the Thistlegorm has consistently remained "The World's Foremost Diving Attraction" ever since she was re-discovered in the early nineties. After my own very first visit to this vessel, I found myself calling her "The Mighty Thistlegorm!

Even in smaller businesses with only a few employees, this type of network may be insufficient.

You'll need to estimate your short-term and long-term growth in staffing and voice communication needs. You should also estimate the number of concurrent outside connections you'll need in light of that growth. And of course, you must also consider your budget and access to credit. By Wade Henderson Ever dreamed of that bug sales? You know the one I am talking about, the one that would put your company on the map in your industry as a player. Be careful for what you wish for. Many companies have wished for that very thing until it actually happens. What would you do if you received that order and it was for more than you entire last 2 yeas of sales in one Purchase Order?
That did happen to a Telecommunication Company in New York State, USA. In one order, their sales had increased to over 3 times the size of their entire Line of Credit at their bank. The owner went to the bank to get it increased so they could take on the order but the bank refused to increase their limit.
In this scenario the customer of my client required 30 day terms and the supplier of the goods required payment before they released the good, so you can see the problem. We have a gap of about 40 days including the shipping time. With no financing in place the company was struggling with the possibility of having to refuse the order after all that hard work of trying to get it in the first place.
The owner of the company did speak with some Accounts Receivable Factoring Companies but they were not able to help out due to the time lag between the timing of the advance requirement and the delivery of the goods to the customer. They could not Factor the Accounts Receivable until the product was delivered, and they could not deliver the product until they received an advance to pay for the product.
The owner of the Company was then referred to a Commercial Finance Brokerage who immediately assembled a Purchase Order Finance and Accounts Receivable Factoring facility. Now the order was able to be processed and now the door is open for future orders from and large buyers.

By Jonathan Summers The FTC are to host a round-table to discuss debt collection and arbitration practices Aug. 5 and 6 at the Thorne Auditorium, Northwestern School of Law, in Chicago.
The round-table follows up on the FTCs February 2009 report Collecting Consumer Debts: The Challenges of Change " A Workshop Report, which recommended that the debt collection regulatory system in the U.S. should be reconstructed and brought up to date. The report also broadcasted a series of regional round-tables to further discuss debt collection litigation and arbitration, next weeks meeting being the first.
The round-table will involve representatives from the collection industry, government officials, judicial system representatives, consumer advocates, academicians and other stakeholders.
On the first day, the round-table will cover litigation topics including service of process, consumer default rates, time-barred debts, evidentiary qualifications, and stresses in collection actions and post-judgment concerns.The second day will cover arbitration topics including the role of consumer choice, consumer arbitration codes and rules of conduct, perceptions of bias, transparency of results and post-decision issues.
Too many consumer attorneys clash collections not on the evidence of whether the consumer legally owes the debt, but on minuscular technical issues, according to Markoff. The FTC doesn't regulate attorneys. Among the issues ACA International hopes to bring up at the Chicago round-table is the education of consumers regarding statute of limitations for collections, process servers and proper notice for consumers on arbitration issues. NAF agreed to immediately stop accepting cases involving consumer credit.
New Yorks attorney general also announced the filing of a lawsuit against 37 law firms that could potentially overturn 100,000 consumer credit judgments against consumers in the state. The suit also targets two collection lawsuit process servers. In addition to the FTC, NARCA and ACA, others on the round-table will include representatives from Public Justice, the Consumers Union, the Michigan Poverty Law Program, the Michigan Creditors Bar Association, the University of Kansas School of Law, Public Citizen, the Center for Responsible Lending, the Illinois Credit Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, the AARP Foundation, the National Arbitration Forum and DBA International.
