By Todd Sherman The list below has some good movie reviews. You can get to a good film download site through the search engines. You can try to search a term like "Movie Download Software", if you want some more, use "Online Movies" and "Net Movie Downloads". The Mark: Whitman is phenomenal in his depiction of spiritually busted sex offender who has served his time and now desires to make new start. Cast includes Stuart Whitman, Maria Schell, Rod Steiger, Brenda De Hanzie, Maurice Denham, Donald Wolfit, Paul Rogers, and Donald Houston. (127 minutes, 1961) The Lawyer: Energetic tale loosely based on the renowned Dr. Sam Sheppard murder case. Newman is a stubborn youthful barrister guarding physician implicated of killing his spouse, fighting lawful procedure and uncooperative judge. Cast includes Barry Newman, Harold Gould, Diana Muldaur, Robert Colbert, and Kathleen Crowley. (117 minutes, 1970) Patton: Milestone in biographies finds Scott vivid as offbeat, radiant General George Patton, whose temper often interrupts with his request throughout WW2. Malden comparably impressive as General Omar Bradley in intelligently written, finely wrought biographical battle drama. Cast includes George C. Scott, Karl Malden, Stephen Youthful, Michael Hefty, Frank Latimore, James Edwards, Lawrence Dobkin, Michael Bates, and Tim Considine. (169 minutes, 1970) Night Nurse: Phenomenal, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who couldn't disregard bizarre goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy aid and it is one of Gable's most impressive early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger. G.O.R.P.: Sophomoric, depressingly unfunny durg-oriented comedy set in a summer camp. Cast includes Michael Lembeck, Dennis Quaid, Philip Casnoff, Fran Drescher, David Huddleston, Robert Trebor, Julius Harris, and Rosanna AIquette. (90 minutes, 1980) The Search: Poignant drama of American cadet Clift regarding for concentration camp survivor Jandl in postwar Berlin, when the boy's mommy despondently searches all the camps for him. Beautifully performed and directed. Cast includes Montgomery Clift, Ivan Jandl, Aline MacMahon, Jarmila Novotna, and Wendell Corey. (105 minutes, 1948) Ed Television: Amusing yam in reference to a despondent cable Television network that plans to televise a normal man's life for every waking minute of the day and turn the meager sap into an overnight star. Cast includes Matthew McConaughey, Jenna Elfman, Woody Harrelson, Sally Kirkland, Martin Landau, Ellen DeGeneres, Rob Reiner, and Dennis Hopper. (133 minutes, 1999) Onionhead: A messy film with Griffith joining the Coast Guard in pre WW2 and becoming a ships chef. The film tries to be a comedy, a romance, and a drama at the same time and succeeds at none. Cast includes Andy Griffith, Felicia Farr, Walter Matthau, Erin O'Brien, Joe Mantell, Ray Danton, James Gregory, Joey Bishop, Roscoe Karns, Claude Akins, Peter Brown, and Tige Andrews. (110 minutes, 1958) Rebel: Tiresome, justifiably vague time tablet characterizing Stallone, pre-stardom, as a disassociated political extremist (a fascinating balance to Rambo). Cast includes Antony Page, Sylvester E. Stallone, Rebecca Dirties, and Henry G. Sanders. (112 minutes, 1974) I hope you enjoyed the reviews.
